my kids!

somehow or other i've finally found a couple of seconds in between projects, so let me catch you up before it becomes august.

hard on the heels of 'die schoepfung' i was busy getting ready for my photography camp at my church for rising 5th-7th graders. it's the second year i've held it and this year the kids were even better than last. we managed to squeeze in some craft time, so the kids had a tactile way to explore line, shape, value, color and texture before trying to capture them photographically. although the camp ran from 9-12 each day, i worked a whole heck of a lot more hours than that, which meant i was falling asleep during the evening news every night.

i am not as young as i used to be. sigh.
