couple more things

before i sign off for the day.

i'll meet with my cpm committee in may, perhaps sooner. i have my sermon texts, so will work on my exegesis paper and sermon in march. final assessment is 6.6. d-day. gotta think positively.

but after the meeting in january...when they wanted me back in final assessment ASAP...i'm feeling very optimistic....

oh, and my mac still rocks. i am toying with buying a mac laptop. but have to figure out how, exactly, i'm going to pay for it. given i could really use a new zoom lens (i am shooting so much i am wearing out all my gear!). decisions, decisions, when you run your own business and have to do everything and pay for everything all on your own, including health care stuff straight from my pocket (this after a mammogram this morning that will set me back 300 or so bucks)....

oh well. at least i don't have a boss!

okay, it's been madness

but what are you going to do? i should be posting some images, but i'll have to try to do that another day. the last few weeks have been busy with choir tour (a week or so ago), and then two pro bono gigs this past weekend. all on top of trying to feel better after a latent virus from 15 years ago reminded me it still lives inside me and bit me on the butt. so most of last week i took naps, trying to get rid of a headache that STILL plagues me (10 days and counting...). 

this week is dedicated to getting my tax stuff to my accountant and rounding up/writing new content for my web site that is in the process of being revised. i've spent the last several weeks working with the little firm i hired (cstraightmedia...see cstraight.com) on logo development. after i write/round up new stuff, i'll get that over to them, they'll send the creative brief to the web/graphic arts gurus, and then i should have a brand spankin' new web site. hopefully in the next couple of months. maybe sooner if all goes well.

i'm psyched, as i'll have new features and will ultimately (hopefully) post video clips of actual concerts. one thing at a time, as they say. but i'm ready for a new look etc.

okay, gotta dash. need another nap. expect to hear from me sooner than the last time, however!
